Who is responsible

assentar.pt is made and run by Rui Martins. For any question, privacy included, write to [email protected].

No accounts, no forms and no cookies.
Your browser keeps only your choice of light or dark theme and of language (local storage). It is not personal data and never leaves your device.
The household and buy/rent choice live in the page address (for example ?profile=couple), so you can share or bookmark them. We do not store them.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and to protect the site from abuse, and keeps these technical logs for a short time, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Cloudflare acts as our processor; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and only reports totals (pages viewed, countries, browsers), without identifying anyone.

If we add advertising, partner links or anything else that processes personal data, this page will say so before it starts.
